ALEXANDRA ROBERTS (Head of Set)
Alexandra (Xandra) Roberts had consistent association with the theatre early on in her life, from primary school plays to dancing lessons to small outside productions. At 12 years old she began helping with the set and props for the Pembroke middle school musical Into the Woods. She continued to work on every middle school musical with Pembroke for the rest of her schooling, working also as an actor for "AIDA" and as a set designer for "Peter Pan" Rock of Ages" and "Chicago" .Her love for the theatre took her to the Adelaide College of the Arts, where she specialised in Set construction, technical drawing, prop building and stage scenery. Her studies and specialisation in stage scenery gave her a variety of new opportunities in and outside of AC Arts, including productions "Woyzeck" Skin of our Teeth"Aftershocks"and "La La Luna". She has collaborated with the State Theatre Company for "End of the Rainbow" and worked as Kathryn Sproul's design assistant and mentee for Flinders University' "Anatomy of a Suicide"
